Below outlines our Terms And Conditions of hire, it’s your responsibility to read and understand these prior to making a booking, by making a booking with us you are agreeing to the following:

It is the responsibility of the person hiring inflatables or equipment to insure that all possible steps are taken to eliminate injury or damage. Any damage however caused will be chargeable.

Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed.
All shoes, spectacles, jewellery, badges, and sharp objects MUST be removed before using the inflatable.

All inflatables carry an age limit, which must be adhered to. Please insure that no-one over this age uses the equipment that is hired, and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should they be used by adults, unless specifically designed to do so (i.e. suitable for the whole family or adults).

No food, drinks or chewing gum is allowed on or near the inflatable, to avoid the possibility of choking and mess, (please note that if an inflatable is collected in an unacceptable condition) a cleaning charge will apply.

No face paints, powder paints, confetti balloons, party poppers, coloured streamers silly string or any other product will be used on or near the inflatable, as they can permanently stain the unit. Do not use hose pipes/water, bubbles or any other product in order to create bubbles/foam. The equipments should be in the same condition it arrived, not heavily soiled/dirty. Failure to comply to any of this will result in a cleaning fee or if permanently damaged repair or full inflatable replacement will be charged.

Climbing, hanging or sitting on the inflatable walls is VERY DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
Also ensure that the users are not attempting to do somersaults or back flips as this can be dangerous,

Ensure users are clothed appropriately, taking care not to leave items in their pockets that could fall out and puncture the inflatable.

Socks should be worn and long trousers and long sleeve tops should be worn.

You (“the hirer”) must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the inflatable is in use.

Always ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Try to avoid large and small children using it at the same time.

Ensure that children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

Ensure that no-one with a history of back problems, or who is feeling unwell, is allowed to use the inflatable. Do not use the equipment if under the influence of drink or drugs.

Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could be bounced off it and be injured. The step is there to help users on and off the inflatable and NOT to be played on.

Ensure that no-one is on the inflatable during the inflation or deflation process as this is dangerous.

The inflatable should remain powered on and inflated for the entire duration of the hire unless told otherwise by the operator.

No pets, toys or sharp instruments on or near the inflatable. No BBQs or fire pits to be lit near the inflatables, any damage cause will be chargeable including a cleaning fee should the inflatable smell of food or smoke on collection.

The inflatable should not be used if the jumping area becomes wet. You should dry this off before you continue play.

Surface types, We can set up indoors on any surface, outdoors it need to be on grass so we can securely peg dow our equipment. We don’t set up on Slabs/patios/tarmac/concrete or any other hard surface.

We can set up on artificial grass if we can peg through it. If not we cannot set up on artificial grass. We accept no liability for damages to artificial grass or it’s sub base. it’s up to you if you allow is to use this method.

Power requirements, all inflatables need access to a standard uk power socket within 25 metres, we cannot set up if there is no power for us to use.
You may be able to run off a generator, please contact us to discuss the power requirements of this.

Unsuitable power will result in us being unable to set up your equipment and payment will still be required in full.

Rain covers are for light showers only, and we will not be held responsible for bad weather spoiling your day.

In the event of heavy rain, the inflatable should not be used. Wait for the rain to subside and dry off the bounce area before you continue play. the motor/fan should remain on at all times. If this is ignored a cleaning fee per inflatable will be charged.

You (“the hirer”) must ensure the inflatable is securely anchored down at all times. The operator will ensure the inflatable is securely anchored down on delivery but you should check to make sure the anchorage stays in place, DO NOT use in high winds.

In the unlikely event that the blower motor fails, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. The power supply should then be checked along with all connections. If the motor or the RCD circuit plug overheats, the RCD circuit plug should be switched off and left for 2 to 5 minutes and switch on again. Clear access is required at all times for us to set up your equipment, a minimum of 3ft is required for most inflatables but so,e large equipment may require more.

The site in which inflatables are to be set up needs to be adequate to safely install them. It’s your responsibility to make sure access and the set up area is suitable. Payment in full will still be required if we cannot gain access or set up safely.

Once our equipment is on your property/premises we reserve the right to gain access without further consent to retrieve the equipment.

Overnight Hires are available for an additional cost. These are then collected the following day. Usually late morning but could be collected anytime from 7am. Overnight hires need to be in a secure lockable location with hirer present for the full duration of the hire. No equipment should be left unattended for any period of time.

Underground utilities, it is the hirers responsibility to point out / mark any underground services where the inflatables are to be sited. Our anchor stakes are 380mm long any underground services should be deeper than this. However, on private property this isn't always the case. We will not be held liable for any damage caused to underground services that we aren't pre-warned about.

ONLY OUR DELIVERY DRIVERS are authorised to collect the inflatable. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone else unless authorised by us, in which case they will hold a copy of the hire contract.

Cancellations/changes: You can cancel your booking different date ranges have different charges associated with them.

Over 7 days until your booking date you can cancel your order. Your booking fee is non refundable but no further payment is required, if you have already paid in full any payment beyond the booking fee amount will be refunded. If you wish to make changes to your order you can do this.

7 days to 73 hours of your booking date, if you cancel you order within this time you will be charged 50% of the total hire charge excluding any delivery fee. Any changes to your order that reduce the overall cost will not be honoured the original hire fee will still be payable unless your order value has increased.

Up-to 72 hours before your hire. (booking fees are non refundable, usually £25-50)

If you cancel within 72 hours we will still charge 100% of the hires original charge excluding any delivery charge.

100% including delivery charge will be payable for cancellations on delivery, not answering at the property or where we cannot gain access or the area isn’t suitable for the items in your order.

All bookings require a £25 to £50 booking fee, this is not a deposit. This is a non refundable fee on all bookings. Should you cancel for any reason this fee will not be returned under any circumstances.

Our card service provider “Square” will hold your card details on file. This allows us to charge your original payment card if for any reason we require additional payments. (Including but not limited too. Failure to pay, cleaning or damages fee, cancellations where and outstanding balance is due) Bounce Higher cannot see your card details, we will inform you via email in advance of any payments being requested for your bank.

Cleaning charges and redelivery charges are set at a minimum of £40 per inflatable hired.
